Formerly of North Bay. The family announces with great sorrow his passing at New Orleans, Louisiana on June 2, 2006 at the age of 80 years. Husband of the late Gladys A. Hay (Stargrett). Beloved father of Jean Ann Greenwood (deceased) surviving husband (Gary), Keith Hay wife (Sue), Victoria Teuteberg husband (Jeffrey), Christine Hay, Sandra Hay, Gail Hay, Vaughan Hay. Also greatly missed by 14 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
Douglas is survived by his sister Jean Ann Wood husband (Glen). Predeceased by sister-in-law and brother-in- law May and Jim Felice. Mass at Knox United Church, Lansdowne E, Callander, was held Sunday, June 11 at 2:00 p.m. followed by burial of ashes at Callander Cemetery.
