At the North Bay General Hospital on Monday, August 16th, 2004, while in his 76th year. Carl Robert Harding was the beloved husband of Patricia "Pat" Wheeler. Loving father of Ed Harding and his wife Donna of Bobcaygeon, Jean Harding of Parry Sound and Rob Harding and his wife Sharon of Sundridge. Loving grandfather of Christine (husband Scott), Stephanie, Jason, Candace and Courtney. Carl worked in the print industry in Toronto, prior to his retirement in 1990. In 1991 he and Pat moved to North Bay to be closer to the Cottage. Carl founded Sun Volts Unlimited Inc. which he operated together with his family. In accordance with his wishes cremation has taken place. Friends may call at the MARTYN FUNERAL HOME (across from City Hall) on Saturday afternoon from 2 to 5 p.m. In lieu of flowers donations to the Northeastern Ontario Regional Cancer Centre or the Canadian Diabetes Association will be gratefully acknowledged as expressions of sympathy.
