It is with very heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our dearly beloved daughter and sister Beverly Anne Gribbons. She slipped away peacefully as the sun started to shine on the morning of Tuesday February 20th 2024 at 6:55 am at Victoria Hospital in London Ontario after a brief battle with cancer.
Beverly Anne was born on May 29th 1960 to her very proud parents Kenneth W. (d.2012) and Marie Gribbons (Goudreau). Beverly will be loved and missed forever by her siblings Ronnie, Linda Knight (Kenny, 2016) Peter, Sue Shrubsole, Nancy, Karen Morin (Randy) and Robert (Lisa). She will be forever loved by the many nieces and nephews that called her Auntie Bev or Auntie Beverly. She was the fun loving “Auntie” who would be playing or dancing with them on the floor.
Beverly will be cherished by her many Aunts, Uncles, Cousins and so many loving Friends and Colleagues .

Our beautiful Beverly moved to London to study at Western University where she graduated with a BA in Physical Education and found a home there. She worked for GoodLife Fitness and The TD Bank in London Ontario.
Beverly loved all sports throughout her life and became an Avid Runner with her Running Group in London. She was most proud of her accomplishments, running over 75 marathons including 5 Boston marathon from 1998 to 2004.

The COVID pandemic did not stop our Beverly, she started running Virtual Races and loved every one! As it turns out, she applied for her last Virtual marathon just before Christmas 2023.

Everyone who knew Beverly, loved her!!

Our Family would like to give a great big “Thank You” to our cousins John and Paul Gribbon from London for the loving care they gave to Beverly in her last days. Also to the staff at Victoria Hospital London and the staff including Dr Jinnah at the Nipissing Serenity Hospice for working so hard to bring Beverly back home.

Beverly Anne will always be in our hearts.

Until we meet again…We Love You Beverly.

Visitation will be held on Friday March 1st 2024 at McGuinty Funeral Home on Cassells Street, North Bay from 2 to 4 pm and 6 to 8pm.
