It is with sorrow that we announce the peaceful passing of Doris Grassi in her 98th year on Monday January 29th, 2018. Born March 1, 1920 to James and Elizabeth Hamilton (deceased). Loving wife to Donald Grassi (deceased) and mother to Lynda Ceppetelli (Cam-deceased). Proud grandmother to Gina (Jerry), Craig (Natalie) and Bryan. Great grandmother to Annika and Luca Ceppetelli. Survived by her sister Bea Demarco (Peter-deceased) and many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by brothers Ken (Edythe-deceased) and Mel (Florence-deceased). Doris was a founding member of the Ladies Auxiliary to the Davedi Club. Family will receive friends at the McGuinty Funeral Home (North Bay) on Saturday February 3rd, 2018 from 1 till time of service at 3 pm. Thank you to Dr. Wendy Graham for her many years of care. Family is grateful for the excellent care given to Doris at Cassellholme. They are all angels. Donations may be made to the Nipissing Serenity Hospice.
