Peacefully at Nipissing Manor, Corbeil, Tuesday, March 25, 2008. Lucien Goyette beloved husband of Laurette Goyette (nee Landry) in his 80th year. Dearly loved father of Diane Belanger (Alcide), Patricia Goyette, Rita Gerbasi (Frank), Cecile Swanson (Gary), Lise Morrison (Harvey), Joseph Goyette (Kim), Claire Wilson (Russell) and Francoise Martin (Dennis). Lovingly remembered by 14 grandchildren, Anneliese, Benjamin, Corey, Kerri-Lynn, Laurissa, Nicholas, Rosalie, Vanessa, Stephanie, Courtney, Taylor, Alexandra, Brittany and Janelle. Predeceased by his parents Aurore and Joseph Goyette and a sister Yvette Hacquard (Roy deceased). Lucien retired from Silverwood's Dairies after 31 years. He was also a devoted member of the Pro Cathedral. Special thanks to a dear sister- in-law and brother-in-law Lilliane and Roma Bottigoni. Also a heartfelt thank you to all the staff at Nipissing Manor and Doctor Shaw for their exceptional care and compassion. Family receiving friends at the McGUINTY FUNERAL HOME, Thursday 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral mass will be celebrated at the Pro Cathedral of the Assumption, Friday at 10:00 a.m. Cremation to follow.
