GORHAM, Burleigh Joel

Mr. Burleigh Gorham died peacefully at his Commanda home on Wednesday, May 25, 2005 in his 80th year. Burleigh was the beloved husband of Annnette "Nettie" Irene Rausch (Yerkie), and the loving father of Orval Rausch (Cindy) of Golden Valley, Linda Rausch of Commanda, Darlene Cole (Bill) of Commanda, Bob Rausch (Kim) of Stayner and was predeceased by George Rausch (2004). He was the loving grandfather of Maryann (Mike Garner), Emily (Allan), April (Maurice), Bobby-Joe, Brandon, Geoffrey and John and great-grandchildren Dannellia and Veronica. Burleigh was the dear brother of Ella Peever of New Liskeard, Bert Gorham of Loring and was predeceased by Ban Gorham and Myrtle Brooks. The family will receive visitors at the Paul Funeral Home in Powassan (705-724-2024) today, Friday, May 27, 2005 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm. The funeral service will be held in the funeral home chapel on Saturday at 3 p.m. Interment Commanda Cemetery. If desired, donations in Burleigh's memory may be made to the family through the funeral home.
