At the North Bay General Hospital on Wednesday August 22, 2007 in his 85th year. Dear husband of Helen. Loving father of Gail Davis (Philip) of Sudbury and Chuck (Cathie) of Yellowknife. Sadly missed by grandchildren Sherry, Cindy, Meagan and Hayley and by great grandchildren Dylan, Nicholas and Kaitlyn.
Jerry served in WWII first with the army then with the air force. He was employed by Kerr-Addison Gold Mines in Virginiatown for 37 years and was a member of the Virginiatown Royal Canadian Legion. At Jerry’s request there will be no visitation or service. Cremation at the Forest Lawn Crematorium. Jerry’s ashes will be interred in the family plot in New Liskeard. If desired donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy. Arrangements entrusted to the Martyn Funeral Home.
