At Mattawa General Hospital, Saturday, January 20, 2007. Noella Gauthier, beloved wife of the late Vernon Gauthier, in her 92nd. year. Dearly loved mother of Vernice Sernesky (Ed) of Thunder Bay, Jackie Jackson of North Bay and Lloyd Gauthier of Carlisle. Lovingly remembered by eight grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. Predeceased by a daughter Gail Bartlett (Donald, surviving), a son Leonard 'Manny'( Betty, surviving), sister Jeanne Godin and five brothers Leo, George, Fred, Eugene and Jean Paul Miller.
Noella was owner and operator of Van's Grill , a member of the Golden Age Club and Past President of the Royal Cdn. Legion, Mattawa.
Family received friends at the T. L. SMITH FUNERAL HOME, Mattawa, January 23rd from 7 to 9 p.m. A funeral mass was celebrated at Ste. Anne's Church, Mattawa, Wednesday at 10:30 a.m.
As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Mattawa General Hospital Building Fund would be gratefully appreciated by the family.
