We are saddened to announce the passing of our dear mother Bonnie Gauthier on May 1st, 2024 at the Nipissing Serenity Hospice surrounded by her loving family at the age of 71. Loving wife of 52 years to Leonard Gauthier. Beloved mother to Glen Gauthier (Melissa), Natalie Taillefer (Marcel) and Allan Gauthier (Lisa). She will be lovingly remembered by all of her grandchildren Kaylyn (Clayton), Matthieu, Andréa, Molly (Jonathan), Emma, Isabelle, Kadey, Krystal, Brooke and Jaylin. Proud great-grandmother of 8 great-grandchildren. Also survived by her brother Dennis (Ruby) and sisters Diane, Joan, Celina (Fred), Dolores (Kristopher) and Gail. Predeceased by her parents Carmel and Dan Jeanneault as well as her siblings Richard and Madelene.
Bonnie’s proudest and most loved job was running her home daycare, where she went above and beyond to make the children feel loved and special. She enjoyed playing cards, jigsaw puzzles, collecting antiques, Elvis memorabilia and singing Tammy Wynette songs. She had the biggest heart, always put others before herself and loved unconditionally. She was happiest surrounded by her children, grandchildren and great- grandchildren. She will be dearly missed and forever in our hearts.
As per her wishes cremation has taken place. Family receiving friends at HILLSIDE FUNERAL SERVICES, 362 Airport Rd on Saturday June 1st, 2024 between 11am and 1pm.
