GALBRAITH, Allan George “Bud“

Passed away peacefully after a long struggle with Alzheimer's disease at Grey Bruce Health Services in Owen Sound on June 8, 2006. Bud Galbraith of Meaford and formerly of North Bay, at the age of 77. Dear husband of Florian (Flo) Galbraith of Meaford. Dear father of Richard (Lynda) Galbraith of Meaford, Doug (Jillian) Galbraith of Burlington, Nancy Galbraith of Sudbury, Wendy (John) Morley of North Vancouver, B.C. and Rob (Leigh) Galbraith of Coff's Harbour N.S.W., Australia. Fondly remembered by grandchildren Lisa (Ken) Boate, Ken Galbraith, Jason Galbraith, Jeremy (Heather) Mannella, Alexandra Galbraith, Mitchell Galbraith and great grandson Will Boate. Bud is also survived by a brother Kenneth (Katie) Galbraith of Young, Saskatchewan and sisters Marian (Irby) Stewart of Thunder Bay, Mary Lou (Don) Jarvis of Welland and many nieces and nephews.

A Memorial Service, officiated by Father Gary Parker will be conducted at Christ Church Anglican in Meaford on Thursday, June 29, 2006 at 11 a.m. with the family receiving friends one hour prior to service. Interment of cremated remains will take place at Evergreen Cemetery in Milton.
