Gagné, Fernand

Passed away peacefully at his residence, surrounded by his loving family, Tuesday, October 9, 2007 at the age of 85. Fernand Gagné was the beloved husband of the late Préscillia Ménard, loving companion of Mildred D'Aoust and loved father of Fernande Boudreau (Omer), Emile Gagné (Claire), Murielle Carmichael (Marty) and Ben Gagné (Sharon). He will be lovingly remembered by 10 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. Dear brother of Yvon Gagné (Léa), Marie-Jeanne Ménard, Fleurette Savage (Arthur), Rachelle Vaillancourt (Rolly), Denise Savage (Albert) and Gisèle Belecque (O'Neil). Predeceased by one son, Jules, two grandsons, Eric Gagné and Marcel Carmichael, his parents, Eva and August Gagné and several brothers and sisters. He will be sadly missed by the Ménard family. Fernand was an avid fisherman and hunter.



Family and friends may pay their respects at MCGUINTY FUNERAL HOME, today from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral mass will be celebrated at Paroisse Ste-Bernadette, Friday at 10:30 a.m. Interment at Bonfield Cemetery.
