FRANCETICH, Eldon

Passed away at his residence in Corbeil, Thursday April 13, 2006 at the age of 80. Eldon was the beloved husband of Simone (née Voyer). He was the loved father of Diane Dokis (Robert Boucher) of North Bay, Corinne Trudel- deceased (Marcel), Michael Francetich (Arlene) of Cambridge, Helen Cottreau (Romain) of Corbeil. He will be lovingly remembered by seven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. Dear brother of Ewana Hogan, Audrey O'Donnell, Theresa and Marilyn Francetich. Predeceased by his parents Sarah and Michael Francetich, two sisters Beatrice Easthope and Myra Beaulieu and one brother Valmore Vondette.



Eldon was a Merchant Marine WW11 Veteran, a member of East Ferris Golden Age Club and former employee with M.T.O. for 35 years.



Family and friends may pay their respects at MCGUINTY FUNERAL HOME today from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral mass will be celebrated at Sacred Heart Church in Corbeil, Tuesday at 10:30 a.m. Spring interment of cremated remains at Corbeil Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, donations to Northern Cancer Foundation would be gratefully appreciated by the family.
