At Leisureworld Caregiving Centre, Friday, September 23, 2005. Clare Foster loved daughter of the late Irene and William Foster in her 86th year. Loved sister of Ruth Sayer and Sheila Barker. Lovingly remembered by her nieces, nephews and great-nieces and nephews. Predeceased by two sisters, Kitty Martin and Joan Hayes. Clare was Nursing Assistant and Program Head at the Psychiatric Hospital, Acting Director of Nursing at the Civic Hospital, Head Nurse of O.B. at the Civic Hospital, Director of Nursing at Canador College, Co-ordinator of Nursing Assistant program from 1972 until her retirement in 1982. Leisureworld Night Supervisor and Director of Nursing from 1982 - 1992. Family receiving friends at the McGUINTY FUNERAL HOME, Tuesday 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral mass will be celebrated at Holy Name of Jesus Church, Wednesday at 10:30 a.m. Cremation at Forest Lawn Crematorium, Tower Drive, North Bay.
