FINNIGAN, Edgar John

At his home on Friday, March 18th, 2005, at the age of 84 years. Edgar John Finnigan, the beloved and devoted husband for the past 62 years of Marion Elizabeth (nee Aitken). Proud and loving father of Richard (Sue) and John, both of British Columbia. Dear brother of Gladys Grainger and Beth Coxford, both of North Bay. Predeceased by his sister Elma Adair. After retiring from the Canadian Armed Forces, John worked as a paymaster at the Ontario Northland Railway, retiring in 1984. He was a long time member of the North Bay Granite Club. Friends may call at the MARTYN FUNERAL HOME (across from City Hall) today, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral services to celebrate John's life will be held in St. Brice's Anglican Church on Thursday, March 24 at 1 p.m. Spring interment in St. John's Anglican Cemetery.
