FERLATTE, Joanne (née Joanis) - 1959-2005

Suddenly after a short illness on Friday, April 1, 2005, at the West Nipissing General Hospital. Joanne is survived by her loving husband Yvan Ferlatte. She will also be never forgotten by one brother, Yvon; her sisters Suzanne (Bob) Cromwell, and Denise Parr (Ted); her mother-in-law Jeanne Ferlatte and sister-in-law Vivian (Raymond) Lefebvre, as well as numerous nieces and nephews. She will also be sorely missed by her beloved dog and companion Kita which she showered with tender affection. She was predeceased by her mother Jeannine Joanis, her father Buster (René) Joanis and her father-in-law Jean-Paul Ferlatte. The family will receive relatives and friends at the THÉORæT FUNERAL HOME on Tuesday, April 5, from 7 to 9 p.m. A religious service will be conducted by Reverend Gérald Lajeunesse at the funeral home at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, April 6, 2005. The family would like to thank Dr. Bourgault and all the staff at the West Nipissing General Hospital for their excellent care and support. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation, the Canadian Cancer Society, or the Muscular Dystrophy Association of Canada would be appreciated.
