At Cassellholme, North Bay on Tuesday August 17, 2004 at the age of 81 years. Jean Caroline, nee Wardell, was the beloved wife of the late Gordon Evans. Proud and loving mother of Donald and his wife Joyce of Redbridge, Dennis and his wife Brenda of Powassan, and William and his wife Sandra of North Bay. Lovingly remembered by her grandchildren Carolyn (Jeff Farley), Trudy (Steve Chenier), Glen (Stephanie), Dean (Christine), Brad (Shannon), Tanya, and Gordon, and her great-grandchildren Brandon and Kayla Farley, Meghan and Sarah Chenier, Gavin, Zachary, Logan and Taylor Evans. Dear sister of Jim (Marie) and Blanche Carmichael both of North Bay, Norma MacDonald (Bruce) of Stratford, Edgar (Theresa), and Raymond (Agnes) all of Redbridge. Predeceased by her brothers Cecil, Ronald and Stanley. Friends may call at the MARTYN FUNERAL HOME (across from City Hall) today from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. and on Thursday from 12 (noon) until 2 p.m. Funeral services will be held in the Martyn Funeral Home Chapel on Thursday, August 19th at 2 p.m. Interment will follow in Forest Lawn Cemetery.
