Passed away after a lengthy battle with cancer, on Thursday, September 8, 2005, Ruth (nee Kilburn), was in her 69th year. She was the loving mother of Paul (Leah), Tim (Sue), Dan all of North Bay and Chris (Paula) of Sudbury. Lovingly remembered by her grandchildren Jenn (Kevin Elsey), Julie, TJ, Krista, Michael, Charlotte and Nicholas. Ruth will be sadly missed by her best friends Ann Robb and Sandra Swannell (Bruce) both of North Bay. She will be dearly missed by her sister Joan Cooper (Les). Ruth for many years owned and operated the Seven Seas Family Restaurant on Trout Lake Road. A Funeral Service will be held in the MARTYN FUNERAL HOME (across from City Hall) on Saturday, September 10th, at 1 p.m. Cremation at the Forest Lawn Crematorium. If desired, donations to the Northeastern Ontario Regional Cancer Center or the JDRF would be gratefully acknowledged as expressions of sympathy.
