ELLIOTT, Ellen Elizabeth (Robertson)

Of South River. Passed away peacefully on Saturday, January 6, 2007 at Peterborough Regional Health Center in her 84th year. Beloved mother of Alice May Robins (Paul) of Sundridge and Robert (Jo-Anne Giesler) Elliott of Peterborough. Loved grandmother of Amanda Kathleen Elizabeth (Lee) Hutchinson (Jeremy) of Arnprior, Nicholas Lloyd Joseph Elliott (Lindsay) of Regina and Barrett Robertson Elliott (Dinah) of Winnipeg and Matthew Robert Elliott of Peterborough and her great grandson Malachy James Connelly Hutchinson of Arnprior. Dear sister of Charles Clifton Robertson of Toronto and her sister-in-law Kathleen Robertson of Scarborough. Sadly missed by her eight nieces and nephews, other relatives and her many friends.

Ellen taught school for over 30 years, was a wonderful organist and a member of Chalmers United Church and Choir for many years.

Visitation was on Tuesday, January 9, 2007 at Chalmers United Church from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Service on Wednesday, January 10, 2007 at Chalmers United Church at 2 p.m. with Rev. Brenda MacMain and Rev. Dennis Landry officiating. Spring interment at the South River Cemetery. Arrangement entrusted to the RANEY FUNERAL CHAPEL
