DUHAIME, Alma (née Marois) - 1913-2005

The family announces with sorrow the passing of Alma Duhaime, a resident of Warren, at the West Nipissing General Hospital in Sturgeon Falls, on Sunday, April 3, 2005, at the age of 91 years. Beloved wife of the late Moïse Duhaime (1998). Loving mother of Guy (Betty), the late Gilles and the late Aurel (Val), Claire Chantigny (Marcel), Réal (Iris), Geraldine and Raynald (Paulie). Cherished grandmother of Sheri and Trevor, Jody, Ryan and Jill, and Julie. Dear great-grandmother of Robbie, Ginger, Naomi, Brandon and Gabriella. Special great-grandmother to Pascale and Patrick. Loved sister of Jeannette Deault, the late Lily, and the late George. Also predeceased by her parents, Georges and Florence Marois. Alma was best known for her knitting, crafts, cooking and love of plants which she enjoyed sharing with anyone interested. The family will receive relatives and friends at the THEORET VISITATION CENTRE in Warren, on Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11 a.m. on Thursday, April 7 , 2005 at St. Thomas Church in Warren. In lieu of flowers, donations to the West Nipissing General Hospital Foundation would be gratefully appreciated.
