The Doyle family sadly announces Les’s death at the North Bay Regional Health Center on Friday morning, March 4, 2011, at the age of 61 years. For the past 35 years Les has been the devoted and loving husband of Joy-Ann (nee Begley). The proud and loving father of John (Lise) of North Bay, & Patrick in British Columbia, and his “adopted” children “Cote” (Missey) Cote, of Redbridge, and Diane (Brian) Cote, of North Bay. He will be lovingly remembered by his grandchildren Brooklyn, David, Bailey,
Devon, Kayla, Scott & Gary. Les is also survived by his brother John of Chatham and was predeceased by his sister Bev Renault. A cab driver by profession Les owned and operated his own car with 50 Cab for many years
and dispatched for them for a time as well. In keeping with his wishes cremation has taken place. Family and friends are invited to gather to celebrate his life, at Branch 23, Royal Canadian Legion, First Ave. on Tuesday afternoon, March 8th, from 2 to 4 pm. If desired donations to Branch 23 Building Fund, or the Legion Poppy Fund will be gratefully acknowledged as expressions of sympathy. Arrangements entrusted to Martyn Funeral Home.
