It is with great sorrow we announce the passing of our mother Fern Downey at Cassellholme on Friday August 24th, 2018 at the age of 81 yrs. She is survived by her 5 children; Stan (Belinda) of Kirkland Lake, Shelley (Marcel) of Englehart, Frances (Milton) of North Bay, Bunny (Lance) of Kirkland Lake and Billy (Stephen) of Toronto. She will be sadly missed by her 10 grandchildren; Debra, Dawna, Patricia, Tracey, Krista, Holly, Amber & Shayna; and by 10 great grandchildren; Bree, Abey, Ruby, Elise, Owain, Sam, Kohen, Avah, MaKenzee, Kael, Nolan, Ava, Landon, Brier & Bryson. Also survived by her brother Arnold, sisters Marion, Betty and Marjorie. Fern was predeceased by her husband Ted, daughter Patricia, parents Ernie & Marjorie Cline, brothers Ivan, Harold, sisters Anita & Bunny. She will also be missed by many friends and relatives. Family receiving friends at HILLSIDE FUNERAL SERVICES, 362 Airport Rd, on Monday August 27th from 7 until 9 pm. A celebration of her life will held at St Brice’s Church on Tuesday August 28th at 1 pm.
