Passed away peacefully with family by her side on Saturday, December 17^th, 2022. Marie Cyrila Emma (née Lalonde) was the beloved wife of James Adolph Doucette for 76 years, at the age of 93. Loving mother of Claude (Irene), France (Réjean), Lilliana (Bob), Joyceline (Rod), Jimmy (Diane),  Eddie (Monique), Phil (Liette), Tammy (Winston), and predeceased by Suzanne (Ivan). She will be lovingly remembered by her 25 grandchildren, 44 great-grandchildren, and 4 great great-grandchildren. Dearly remembered by her siblings Sister Yvette Lalonde and Thérèse (Francois). Predeceased by her parents Alphonse Lalonde and Rose Anna (née Prévost), and her siblings Alexandre (Georgette), Gabriel (Isabelle), Rodolphe, Marguerite, Ernest, Claire (Donatien), Gérard (Bernadette), Denis (Carmen), Denise, Lucille (Cliff), Jacques (Jeanne D’Arc), Philippe (Huguette), Dorian Muriel), Lionel and Marie. Emma’s family will receive friends at the Martyn & Sloan (Mattawa Chapel) on Tuesday from 2-4 and 6-8 pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Ste. Anne’s Roman Catholic Church on Wednesday, December 21^st, at 1:00 PM. Interment St. Anne’s Cemetery. If desired, donations to the Mattawa Hospital Foundation would be appreciated by her family.
