DION, Fernand

Died unexpectedly at his home in Grand Desert on Monday June 23, 2008 at the age of 78. Fern was the loving father of Lynn Couturier (Ghyslain) of Kitchener, Guy (Beverly) of Wallaceburg, and Suzanne Meinzinger (Glenn) of Kitchener. Dear grandfather of six and great-grandfather of one. He is survived by his sister Laura Raymond and brother Gilles Dion (Monique) all of Temiscaming. Predeceased by his brothers Aimé and Réné. A memorial mass will be held at St. Anne's Parish, Mattawa on Friday June 27th at 11 a.m. A donation to St. Anne's Parish or the Northern Cancer Research Foundation would be gratefully acknowledged as expressions of sympathy.
