The family announces with sorrow, her death in Sudbury, Friday November 9th, 2007 at the age of 89 years. Daughter of the late Hormidas and of the late Marie (née Berlinguett) Séguin. Wife of the late Jean-Pierre Desjardins passed away in 1974 and of the late Roland Gaudreault passed away in 1990. Loving mother of Gervaise Pellerin (late Jacques) of Sudbury, Jean-Guy Desjardins (Paulette) of Temiskaming, Richard Desjardins (Lise) of Warren, Marie Lauriault (Frank) of Ottawa and Normand Desjardins (Denise) of Sturgeon Falls. Predeceased by her children, Galand (Beverley of Val Caron), Claude, Donat and Jacques. Also predeceased by her brothers and sisters, Léandre (Julie of Temiskaming), Paula Morin, Blanche Chenier (late Jos), Hernineige Lebrun (late Menard), Raymonde Gaudette (late Léo) and Ernestine Joly (late Xavier). Sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her 21 grandchildren and by her 8 great- grandchildren.
The family will receive friends Friday, November 16th, 2007 after 9:30 a.m. at Ste-Anne's Church, Sudbury. Mass of Christian burial will follow at 10:00 a.m. Donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation of Ontario would be appreciated. Funeral arrangements entrusted to the CO-OPERATIVE FUNERAL HOME, Sudbury.
