Passed away peacefully with family by his side at the North Bay Regional Health Centre, on Friday December 29th, 2017. Fred was the beloved husband of Thelma Lewis (nee Moffatt), he was 86 years old. Loving father of Michael (Sylvie) of Val Caron, Matthew (Cindy) of North Bay and Mark (Lucia) of Victoria, BC. He will be lovingly remembered by his grandchildren Holly, Lisa, David, Gina, Louis and by his great grandchildren Nicco, Milla, Nolan and Violet. Dearly loved son of the late Vincenzo and Maude D'Antonio. He was predeceased by his siblings Frank, Donald, James, Jack and Marie. Respecting Fred's wishes there will be no visitation or Service. Cremation to take place at the Forest Lawn Crematorium. If desired, donations to Heart & Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by his family. Arrangements entrusted to Basic Cremation Services.
