It is with heavy hearts, we announce the peaceful passing of Jim Daly at the North Bay Regional Health Centre on May 11, 2019 at the age of 83 years. Dearly loved husband of Jeannette (nee Larocque). Loving father of Jim Daly (Barb) of Woodstock, Linda Robillard (Stephen) of Germany and Kim Oshell (Mike) of Callander. Devoted grandpa of Jimmy (Kayla), Sarah (Joey), Brandon (Kaitlyn), Justine (Adrian), Amanda and great grandpa of Jameson, Lorelai, Mason and Mila. Dear brother of Elizabeth Kennedy (Robert- deceased) and Jean Paradis (Aime-deceased). He will be sadly missed by his nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Predeceased by his parents; Roy and Alberta Daly (nee James) and his sister Sheila Villemarie (Don). As per his wishes, cremation has taken place at Whispering Pines Funeral Home’s crematorium. A private celebration will be held. The family would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to Dr. Jinnah and the staff at the North Bay Regional Health Centre and Sandy Sargent, Paramed for their care and compassion.
