It is with heavy hearts and great sadness that the family of Albert Cuillerier announce his passing on August 22, 2020, at the age of 86. Albert passed away peacefully at the West Nipissing General Hospital.

Albert will be dearly missed by his wife Diane Lavallée, and his sons Marc (Sylvie) and Gilles (Carole). Pépère Al will be lovingly remembered by his grand-children André, Éric (Brigitte), Brigitte (James), Kevin (Stacey), Shawn (Shauna), and Kimberly (David), along with his seven great grand-children. 

Survived by his siblings Hermance Lavallée, Rollande (Rolly) Spink, Jeanette (Jenny) Rector, Guy Spooner, Edith Ross and Jacqueline (Jackie) Burns. Albert was predeceased by his daughter Denyse, his siblings Raymond, Robert (Bobby), Raymonde Roberge, and his parents Gracia and Phillipe. 

He will be greatly missed by his family and all who were fortunate to have known him.  Albert is remembered for his love of music, dancing, horseback riding, reading and his enthusiasm for the great sport of hockey. Albert worked all his life as an electrician at the Pulp and Paper Mill in Sturgeon Falls. He was also a man of many trades and was always willing to lend a helping hand. 

The family is receiving relatives and friends on Thursday September 3rd at Hillside Funeral Services, 362 Airport Rd, North Bay. Visitations will be at 9 a.m., followed by a service at 11 a.m.

In lieu of flowers and to honor Albert, donations to the West Nipissing General Hospital Foundation would be kindly appreciated. 

In accordance with current directives from the Bereavement Authority of Ontario in regard to COVID 19 the total number of attendees is limited and additional precautions are in place. Face masks are mandatory at the funeral home. For more information please contact the funeral home.
