At North Bay Regional Health Centre, on Wednesday, February 6, 2013, in her 85th year. Betty (nee Brown) was the beloved wife of Milton Cross of Restoule. She was the much loved mother of Penny Obee (Don) of Bracebridge, Faye Cross of Barrie, Lucille Cross Dagg (Nicholas) of Thornhill, Jennifer Murrant (Brian) of Severn Bridge, Melanie Lamb (Randy) of Severn Bridge, Leslie Cross (Pat) of Moonstone and Gary Cross of Bracebridge; Grandmother of 12, great-grandmother of 14 and great-great-grandmother of one. Betty was the dear sister of Velma Wright of Beaverton, Ruth King of Owen Sound and was predeceased by her siblings Clarence, Larry, Gordon, Cecil, Mel and Leslie Brown, Gladys Wordell and Grace Cooley. The Cross family will receive visitors at Corner Gospel Church, Restoule, on Saturday, February 9, 2013 from 12:30 pm until time of Memorial Service at 2:00 pm. Cremation has taken place.
