COOK, David Henry

Passed away at his residence after a brief illness at the age of 57. David Cook was the beloved husband of Katherine June Smith (née Bennett). He will be dearly remembered by his step-children, Kimberly and Sandra Smith and step- grandson, Garrett McDonald of Toronto, Ontario. David was the dear brother of Suzanne Gilchrist of Kailua, Hawaii. Willie, his cat, will greatly miss him. Predeceased by his parents, Ann Letitia and Henry Hempill Cook. David worked for M.T.O in Planning & Design for over 30 years. Cremation at Forest Lawn Crematorium. Family and friends may pay their respects at MCGUINTY FUNERAL HOME, for a memorial visitation, Friday May 8th from 7 to 9 p.m.
