COLTAS, Alfred

Father, grandfather, great grandfather, teacher and musician. A spiritual man. At 96 Alfred passed away peacefully in his own home at The Empire. Our gratitude to Veterans Affairs for their unwavering support and assistance and to all those who cared for him over the years from the many agencies and both The Empire and Preferred Care staff. The excellent care allowed him to remain in his own home as per his wishes and he was never alone.
Loving father of Wendy Coltas and husband Wolf, Nancy Dobson (nee Coltas) and husband Geoff, Jeff Coltas and wife Kelly. Dear grandfather of Sky Roberts, Jessica Robinson and Ila Coltas: great grandfather to Morgyn and Ainsley Roberts and Audrey and Zoe Robinson.
Cremation has taken place. Memorial gathering to celebrate his life at the Martyn Funeral Home, 464 Wyld Street, North Bay on<<https://maps.google.com/?q=464+Wyld+Street,+North+Bay+on&entry=gmail&source=g> Saturday May 25th from 3:00 - 5:00 P.M. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to The Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated to honour his wife Audrey who passed away from cancer in April 2008. He always missed her.
