COLLINS (nee Chalmers): Josie Lynn

February 18, 1981 – July 27, 2011
Passed away after a long hard battle with cancer. Josie fell asleep peacefully in her home in North Bay, surrounded by family and friends, at a young age of 30. Loving wife of Craig Adam Collins of 8 years, he did his best keeping his wife comfortable. She was the daughter of John Chalmers and Cindy Chalmers (nee Broadbent). Sadly missed by her brother Jesse Chalmers and his wife Heather. Missed by her parents-in-law Jamie Collins and Roberta Collins (nee Turner), by her sisters-in-law Kiri Parsons and her husband Allan and Amanda Antoine and her husband Eric. She will be lovingly remembered by her nephew Owen and nieces Hannah and Lily.
A Memorial Service will be held at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses (930 Anita Avenue at Hwy 63), on Saturday, July 30th at 2:00 P.M. Arrangements entrusted to Basic Cremation Services.

The family would like to extend the sincere gratitude and appreciation to the staff at the North Bay Hospital Chemo Lab, as well as her nurse Crystelle and everyone that helped the family.
