Peacefully on Sunday November 26th, 2006 at the North Bay General Hospital - Scollard Site. Jim, beloved husband of Mabel for 58 years. Loving father of Ken Collins (wife Terry) of North Bay, Wendy Emery (husband Robert) of Callander, and Jamie Collins (wife Roberta) of North Bay. Survived by his step- daughter Sylvia Foerter (husband Fred) and their 3 children of North Bay. He will be sadly missed by his 5 grandchildren Mellisa, Nathan, Craig, Kiri, and Amanda. Dear brother of Wilfred Collins of North Bay. Predeceased by his brothers Harvey and John, and sister Hazel. Jimmy worked at Jackson's Shell on Cassells Street for over 44 years. He was a faithful and dedicated worshipper of the Jehovah's Witnesses for over 50 years.
Friends may call at MARTYN FUNERAL HOME on Tuesday November 28th from 6-9 p.m. A memorial service will be held on Wednesday November 29th at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, 930 Anita Avenue at 2 p.m. In lieu of flowers a donation to the Watchtower Bible & Tract Society or the Northern Cancer Research Foundation would be gratefully acknowledged as expressions of sympathy.
