Passed away at the North Bay Regional Health Centre on Saturday, May 12th, 2018, he was 79 years old. Garth was the loving father of Kevin Cole of London and Debra Cole of North Bay. He will be lovingly remembered by his grandchildren Tessa and Caytlin Alyman, Ryan Borieo (wife Trista) and great grandchildren Nathan & Lilly Borieo. Dear brother of Gail Hemphill, Velma Steingart. Predeceased by his parents Tom and Ann Cole and by his siblings Gerald Cole (Louise), Evert Cole, Dorothy Pennel and Amy Houston. He will be fondly remembered by his many nieces and nephews. He will be sadly missed by his close friend Terry Muir and her husband Wilson, and the children Ashley and Liam. Garth was a Coach Driver with the Ontario Northland, for many years before retirement. Cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Life will be held this summer in North Bay. If desired, donations to the Lung Association would be appreciated by his family.
