CLOUTIER, Germain “Gerry“ J. R.

Born May 9th 1951 in Val d'Or PQ, died July 11th 2007 at North Bay General Hospital after a brave battle with cancer. Gerry, dear husband to Denyse (nee Laforest) and loving father of Marie-Josée (Gavin) and Louise. Survived by his brother Georges- Henri of Quebec City and brother-in-law Denis of North Bay, he will be fondly remembered by nieces Tracey, Laurence and Caroline. Feline friends Lacey, Mocha, and Betsy will sadly miss him. Gerry, a dedicated employee of Johnson Controls, was an avid fisherman who throughout his struggle worked relentlessly to complete his dream cottage.



Memorial visitation at HILLSIDE FUNERAL SERVICES, 362 Airport Rd, on Saturday July 14th 2007 at 1:00 pm will be followed by a service to celebrate his life. As expressions of sympathy, family would greatly appreciate donations to the Canadian Cancer Society - North Bay Unit to thank all involved in Gerry's care, notably the volunteer drivers who facilitated his trips to Ottawa.
