CHEVRIER, Louis, Joseph (Buck)

1950-2006. The family announces with sorrow his sudden death at the West Nipissing General Hospital, Sturgeon Falls, on Thursday, December 28, 2006 at the age of 56 years. Son of the late Clarence and the late Josephine (née McLeod) Chevrier. Dear friend of Sally Goodings. Cherished father of Jordana of Garden Village. Loving brother of Evelyn McLeod (Carl), Sally McLeod, Lorraine Chevrier, Judy Commanda (Bernie) and Angus Chevrier all of Garden Village. Also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Buck was a community minded person who volunteered at the Diner's club in Garden Village. He enjoyed country music and dancing. Since 1977, he worked for C.N.R. as a machine operator.

The family received relatives and friends at THEORET- BOURGEOIS FUNERAL HOME, Sturgeon Falls, on December 30, 2006 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. and on Sunday, December 31, 2006 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm. Reverend Brendan Doherty will celebrate the Mass of Christian Burial at Holy Spirit Church, Garden Village, on Tuesday, January 2, 2007 at 1 :30 p.m.
