Beloved son of Mary Lowe and the late Wilbert (Red) Chayer. Loving father of Blake and Michelle Chayer and stepfather of Tyler Charlton. Dear brother of Oria McLeod (William), Jane Marsh (Yogi), Robert Chayer and Dale Birchum. Joe will be fondly remembered by his nieces and nephews. Resting at the Armstrong Funeral Home, 124 King Street East, Oshawa with funeral service in the chapel on Tuesday, March 15, 2005 at 2:30 p.m. Interment Thornton Cemetery.
