Peacefully at Eastholme, Powassan on Wednesday, September 24, 2008 in her 90th year. Bea Chapman was predeceased by her first husband Aurel Meloche (d.1968) and her second husband John “Jack“ Chapman (d.2005). She was the beloved mother of John Chapman-Meloche of Canton, New York (formerly of North Bay). Bea is survived by her brothers William “Bill“ Humphrey (Mary) of Trout Creek and Vince Humphrey (Irene) of Powassan. She was predeceased by her siblings Howard Humphrey, Grace Murdoch, Josephine Windsor, Delta Elliott, Elva Walsh, Jean Young, Jim, Bernice and Gladys Humphrey. Loved and missed by several nieces and nephews. The Funeral Mass for Mrs. Chapman will take place Friday, September 26, 2008 at 11:00 am at St. Joseph's Church, Powassan.
