Of Mattawa, passed away at the Mattawa General Hospital on Friday, June 4th, 2004 in his 65th year. He is survived by his beloved wife Dolores, his mother Marion Casselman. Also survived by son Perry (Linda) of Mattawa, and daughter Jo Anne of Etobicoke. Sadly missed by his grandchildren; Shawn, Crystal and Ryan and many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his father Earle Casselman. Friends and relatives may call at the T.L. Smith Funeral Home, Mattawa, on Sunday, June 6th, 2004 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thence to Chalk River, Ontario for visitation at St. Andrew's United Church on Monday, June 7th, 2004 from 10 a.m. to service time. Funeral service will be conducted at the church at 1 p.m. Interment in family plot of Forest View Cemetery. Donations to the Mattawa General Hospital or to the Mattawa Museum would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy.
