Suddenly at home on Saturday March 18, 2006 at 61 years of age. Loving father of Jason (Nicole) of North Bay and Karen Stitt (Wynn) also of North Bay. Sadly missed by grandchildren Brittany, Andrea and Wyatt. Former husband of Kathy. Son of Blanche and the late Ross Carmichael. Predeceased by his brother Gary and by his sister Elaine Sullivan. Wayne retired from the Nipissing Board of Education enjoying his days at the cottage on Red Cedar Lake.
Friends may call at the Martyn Funeral Home on Wednesday from 1 - 2:30 pm. The funeral service will follow in the chapel at 2:30 pm. Interment at the Forest Lawn Cemetery.
