Cardoni, Marcella (nee Pincivero)

Passed away on January 4, 2014 at Leisure World care giving centre at the age of 83. Marcella was the beloved wife of over 60 years to the late Virgillio “Vic” Cardoni, and sadly passed away on his birthdate. Beloved mother of Norisa Belanger (Gilles- Deceased) of North Bay, Achille Cardoni (Anna) of Barrie, Diana Cardoni of Toronto. And Deborah Corbeil (Brian) of North Bay. Marcella will be lovingly remembered by her grandchildren and great grand children and is survived by her sisters; Luisa Cardoni(Elio), Alda Pincivero and brothers Agitio Pincivero (Mima) and Frank Pincivero (Marisa) and will fondly be remembered by her friends at Leisure World. She was predeceased by her parents Icilio and Anita, and her brother Antonio Pincivero (Darlene –surviving). Marcella had many passions in life but was especially known for her cooking. She would never deny anyone a home cooked meal whether they needed to eat or not. She was a devoted wife, mother and friend. The family will receive visitors on Tuesday January 7, 2014 from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. at the McGuinty Funeral Home. Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Wednesday at 10am at the Holy Name of Jesus Church. Entombment at All Saints Mausoleum will follow.
