It is with broken hearts and tremendous sorrow that the family announces the peaceful passing of Rosemary in North Bay, on July 9, 2021, with her loving family by her side. God has called her home. Rosemary was very much loved and will be forever cherished and greatly missed by her loving family, parents Angela and Raymond Cappadocia, sister and brother-in-law Nancy and Michael Leszczak and by her nephews and Godsons Mitchell (Sarah) Leszczak and Adam Leszczak. Rosemary will be sadly missed by her uncle Elfio Cappadocia (Santa, deceased) and by her aunt and uncle Palmira and Jim Pincivero, and by her many cousins Dino and Angela Pincivero, James and Kristen Pincivero, Jerry Pincivero, Mary Lou Cappadocia, and Peter Cappadocia. Rosemary will be missed by her younger cousins who liked to draw, paint, and walk her fur-baby Abby with her. She was predeceased by her loving grandparents Filomena Falconi, Virginia, and Fernando Cappadocia. Rosemary worked for the Diocese of Sault Ste Marie in both North Bay and Sudbury for 35 years. She enjoyed her career, and it was there where she made many lasting friendships. Rosemary enjoyed music, travelling, and taking pictures. She loved all time spent with her family and close friends. Family was most important to her, especially her nephews Mitchell and Adam. She was a very proud Aunt and Zia and was happiest in their company. Being their aunt was her greatest joy. She never missed any of their milestones and was present for every celebration with her camera in hand. Rosemary was kind, generous and compassionate. She always saw the best in others and was always there for us full of wisdom and love. She touched many lives and be deeply missed. In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations to the Crohns and Colitis Foundation or the Alzheimer’s Society in North Bay. The family will receive visitors at the McGuinty Funeral Home (North Bay) on Wednesday July 14, 2021 from 2 to 4pm and 6 to 8pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Holy Name of Jesus Parish on Thursday July 15, 2021 at 11am. Due to current Covid-19 restrictions, attendance is restricted to the number of attendees. Everyone attending must practice social distancing and wear a mask.
