CANTIN, Irene

Passed away at North Bay General Hospital, Scollard Site, Tuesday, November 21, 2006, at the age of 81. Irene (née Ethier) was the beloved wife of the late Lionel Cantin and loved mother of Rolande Bessette (Art-deceased) of North Bay, Agnes 'Vanessa' Neahr of Pickering and Richard Cantin of Brampton. She will be Lovingly remembered by 7 grandchildren and 9 greatgrandchildren. Irene was the dear sister of Yvette Lamarche. Predeceased by her parents, Juliette and Alfred Ethier, two sisters, Clorida St-Pierre and Jeannette Cantin, four brothers, Léon, Alphège, Ronald and Hector (Kathy-surviving)

Family and friends may pay their respects at McGuinty Funeral Home, Thursday from 2:00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. Funeral mass will be celebrated at Paroisse St-Vincent-de-Paul, Friday at 11:00 a.m. There will be a graveside service in Astorville, Friday at 2:00 p.m.
