BYERS, Alice E. (nee Gannon)

97 years. Monday evening, June 26th, 2006 at St. Joseph's Villa. Beloved wife of John G. Byers predeceased 1992. Loving mother of Ronald predeceased 2004 (wife Dorothy) of Sudbury, Jacqueline Barnes (husband Morley) of Georgetown, Denis (wife Jean) and Paul, both of Sudbury, Michael (wife Bonnie) of Fruitvale, British Columbia and Timothy (wife Lori) of Vancouver, British Columbia. Cherished grandmother of 13 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren. Predeceased by her brothers and sisters. In the summer months, Alice could be found at her cottage on Long Lake and over the long winters, spent her time in Clearwater, Florida.



A memorial service will be held in the R.J. Barnard Chapel, Jackson & Barnard Funeral Home, 233 Larch St., Sudbury, Friday, June 30th, 2006 at 3:30 p.m. Cremation at the Park Lawn Crematorium. In lieu of flowers, donations to St. Joseph's Villa would be appreciated. Friends may call after 2 p.m. on Friday.
