BURSEY, Lorraine Alberta

Mrs. Lorraine Bursey died Friday, December 30th, 2005 at North Bay General Hospital in her 78th year. Lorraine (Burke) was the beloved wife of William "Bill" Bursey of Restoule. She was the loving mother of William "Bill" Bursey of Innisfil, Maureen Cotter (Kirk) of Restoule, Linda Grooms (Murray) of Guelph, Robert Bursey of Richmond Hill, and Edward "Ed" Bursey (Laura) of Newmarket. Lorraine was the loving Nana of six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her parents Mabel (Pearson) and Robert Burke, her sister Marjorie Cuthertson and her brother Robert Burke. The family will receive visitors at the Paul Funeral Home in Powassan on Wednesday, January 4th from 2 to 3 p.m. and the funeral service will follow at 3 p.m. in the chapel. Cremation has taken place and burial of ashes will be held in Prospect Cemetery, Toronto at a later date. If desired, In Memoriam donations may be made to the Cancer Society.
