Brotherston, Jack0001
Peacefully with his family by his side after a short battle with Cancer, he is survived by his wife and best friend, Linda Jeanette Brotherston and his three children Cheryl, Chris (Carla), Michael (Renee) and his grandchildren Caitlin, Blair, Ashley, Megan, Nick (Sara) and Alex (Laura) as well as two great grandchildren Liam and Mila.  He will be lovingly remembered by his brothers and sisters in law Ted and Sharon Hargreaves and John and Jeannine Sicotte and his nieces and nephews Jennifer (Todd), David (Mary), Shawna (Amanda) and Evan (Clara).  Jack will also have a special place in his heart for Eleanor and Theresa who were like sisters to him. Predeceased by his father John (Vi) and his mother Phylis (Archie) as well as Bob (Jean) the cousin who was like a brother to him.  He spent 32 years dedicated to the North Bay Ambulance Services and retired as Director in 2006. He is surrounded by love from not only his family but friends who always brought him such joy.  Blessings to the staff at both the North Bay Regional Health Centre and the Sudbury Cancer Centre North Tower who made his stay there comfortable during his last days.  As per his wishes, cremation has taken place, no services will be held and arrangements entrusted to Hillside Funeral Services have ensured he has found his place of rest at the All Saints Mausoleum.  In lieu of flowers donations to the North Bay Regional Health Centre would be greatly appreciated.
