BRISSON, Roger

Posted

Roger's journey ended Thursday, April 17, 2008 on the bike path near Marshall Avenue as a result of a heart attack. He succumbed to his injuries at 6:40 p.m. Monday April 21, 2008. Roger was a man of simple needs. He was happiest in the great outdoors, boating on Trout Lake on the Jolly Roger, or boating and cottaging on beautiful Lake Kipawa. Roger was generous to a fault, literally giving the shirt off his back to someone who needed it. His life was enriched by the many friends he had. He enjoyed popping in for a quick one at a select group of watering holes in the city. Shortly after the Parkview Hotel fire, he was heard to say: Hey! Someone burned down my living room! He was predeceased by his mom and dad (Annette and Jos), and two brothers Paul and Gerald. He leaves behind his two brothers Louis (Carol), their children David and Michael and his twin brother Robert (Beth), their children Adam, Ben and Nicole. Roger requested that he be cremated with no funeral services. We will respect those wishes. As Roger often said: Catch you on the flip side!
