BOOK, Edward Bruce

Peacefully at the Finlandia Nursing Home, Sudbury, on Thursday February 16th, 2006, at the age of 85 years. Bruce Book was the beloved husband of the late Margaret Ellen Ruth (nee Coldham), who predeceased him in 2002. The proud and loving father of Carolyn Beckett and her husband Robert of Sudbury, Bruce was predeceased by his son Donald. He will be lovingly remembered by his grandsons Robert (Stephanie) of Sudbury and Ryan of North Bay. Predeceased by his brother James "Jimmy". A long time resident of North Bay Bruce worked for Canada Post for many years, retiring as a manager for Northern Ontario. The Books were long time dedicated members of Trinity United Church. Friends may call at the MARTYN FUNERAL HOME (across from City Hall), on Sunday February 19, 2006, from 1 p.m. until time for a memorial service in the chapel at 2 p.m. If desired donations to the charity of your choice will be gratefully acknowledged as expressions of sympathy.
