Peacefully passed away at Eastholme – Home for the Aged on Monday, March 4, 2024 at the age of 98 years.
Beloved husband of Florence (formerly Clelland) Blea and the late Moira ( nee Donovan) Blea. Loving father of Janet Labrecque (John) and David Blea (Donna). Cherished grandfather of 8 grandchildren and great-grandfather of 6 great-grandchildren. James was predeceased by his parents Lawrence and Lillian (nee Brantom) Blea and his sister Lorraine Appleby. He will be missed by a number of nieces and nephews.
As per James’ wishes, cremation has taken place. A graveside service will be held at a later date. Donations to the Royal Canadian Legion (your choice of branch) would be greatly appreciated by his family.
