It is with great sadness that the family of Shirley Bell announces her sudden passing on Thursday, March 17, 2005 at North Bay General Hospital, Scollard Site, in her 73rd year. She will be lovingly remembered and forever missed by her children Lynn Palangio (Joe) of North Bay and their children Rebecca Makila (Allan) and Michael; Brad (Lauri) of Calgary, Alberta and their children Ryan and Nikki; Brian (Miriam) and their daughter Brianna and Wayne (Julie) and their children Rob and Leanne, all of Ottawa. Shirley was a devoted and very active member of Gateway Pentecostal Church. All who knew her, knew her love. She know Jesus as her Lord and Saviour and took great comfort in knowing that she and her loved ones will be reunited in Heaven one day. Shirley was predeceased by her parents John and Helen Soutar and by her sister Doris Taylor. Friends may call at the MARTYN FUNERAL HOME (across from City Hall) on Sunday, March 20th from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral Service to be held at Gateway Pentecostal Church on Monday at 11 a.m. Cremation to follow. Donations may be made, in memory of Shirley, to the Gateway Church Building Fund.
