Peacefully at the Lady Isabelle Nursing Home on Monday, July 12th, 2010. Lucy (nee Carrier) was the beloved wife of the late Wilbert Beland, she was 83 years old. Dear mother of Roland Beland (Joanne) of Ottawa. Predeceased by her daughter Phyllis Vachon. Sadly missed by her grandchildren Dana Pecore (Fred), Erica Reid (Richard), Tyler Vachon, and Chantal & Christine Beland; and by great-grandchildren, Jacob & Zachary Pecore, and Mason Reid. She is survived by her sisters Jan and Mary. Lucy's family would like to thank the Staff at Lady Isabelle, for the care and compassion they showed their grandmother. A Graveside Service will take place at Forest Lawn Cemetery (Tower Drive) on Saturday, July 17th at 11:00am.
